Melting & Holding Equipment
Oil Fired Melting Furnaces
3 × 300 kg
Three oil-fired furnaces, each with a 300 kg melting capacity, are used for melting aluminium alloys efficiently before casting.
Electric Holding Furnaces
11 × 300 kg
Eleven electric holding furnaces maintain molten aluminium at the required temperature, ensuring consistent metal quality and uninterrupted production.
Tower Type Furnace – 400 kg
Capacity: 9 Tons per Day
This tower furnace has a 400 kg holding capacity and can produce approximately 9 tons of molten aluminium per day. It supports continuous production with improved efficiency.
Tower Type Furnace – 200 kg
Capacity: 5 Tons per Day
A second tower furnace with a 200 kg capacity produces around 5 tons per day, providing flexibility for different production requirements.
