Manoj Industries is in business of Aluminum Castings since the year 2000. The company is indulged in manufacturing castings in two methods, Gravity die casting & HPDC route as per the needs of the customer. 25% of our revenue is exported to USA, Germany & UK. The core strength being GDC (gravity die cast process) , as it has created an infrastructure, technology, competence, & skill to make castings of any size & shape. The company has a state of art Casting, core making, machining, Impregnation, Testing, Surface treatment operations all under the same roof. The entire operations are built on the principle of single piece flow & LEAN layout in a sequential way for better productivity, consistency & higher visibility. There are in total 50 GDC machines, of which 34 Static GDC Machines & 16 Tilt pour machines are in operations to meet the varied customer demand.

Our ability to give a cost-effective solution to our customers, by working in a structured way has enabled us to give the right solutions & building first time right solution to any casting we manufacture has given confidence to our esteemed customers.
We have ability to make casting having weights of 110 grams to 30 kgs & length of 1000 mm in batch sizes of 50 to 100,000 nos per month. We support our customers with any batch size depending upon the customer needs. Manoj Industries manufactures 500,000 nos of castings per month of all sizes.
Today we have a built-in capacity to manufacture 200 MT per month & manages 5 different alloys at one time with the right quality & consistency. All development is done in a structured way by following the process of 3D modelling, simulation, 3D scanning to produce first time right parts.
